...woulda reminded me of that song by shrimp boat that goes "some tea, some biscuit" except for the tweaked out dude who followed it up with "I'm just trying to get some parking meter money"

umm, can you pay parking meters with meth? awesome! I dunno, maybe if they were better ties. the stamps were self adhesive too, which I guess is plus when you're buying them second hand...
