class action for the classless

Sony, which my bet is will have its ass handily sued via a class action, finally kinda acknowledged that ''XCP'' is a really, really bad idea. The question now is, how much with this cost them. My guess is 200 bucks per user. Seriously. Lets see, you load software onto a person's computer (without their knowledge) that hackers take over to send personal information to them, not sony. I see the grokster as precedent on this one too. Serves them all right.
