justice put to rest so justice can progress
Joe Sneed the turd (I mean third, sorry) died yesterday. Homeboy was bad news. Nixon appointee, executor at wounded knee, champion and appointer of Ken Starr, more importantly (and the reason I hate him) - someone that believed (honestly) that if the "will of the people" violated the constitution, you could disregard the constitution. (he was a vocal dissenter on the striking down of the three strikes law in CA - in a case where a man was sentenced to 50 years for stealing some videotapes)*
Listen jackass (or carcass of a jackass as the case is now) - there are rules for changing the constitution; there is a process. voting for a change in one state isn't enough. Not voting for a change in it but simply passing a law to change it is a step toward tyranny. Of course, you worked for Nixon, so that's not surprising now is it.
If there were a way to ensure an eternally steaming pile of shit for your grave I would do so.
* no thanks to the SC which upheld the law, I'll be sure to write a nasty obit when the rest of you die too.
